Meet the team

Instead of area-based teams, we’ve put in place more specialist support to help resolve issues more quickly. Here are just some of our colleagues who use their in-depth knowledge and understanding of a range of different situations to help customers every day.

Tracey I work with our customers to help and support them to apply for internal and external grants via Longleigh Foundation and external charities. I pride myself on offering our customers an excellent customer service, whilst working to deliver compassion, empathy and actively listening to what they need.  It is my job to recognise this and take the appropriate action to try and find grants to help our customers in need of support. I am so proud to be a part of the Tenancy team.
Mark I have many years’ experience across the housing sector within local authority housing options teams, social housing providers and charities advising customers on all matters from welfare reform, homelessness, enforcement, tenancy fraud and sustaining accommodation, to name a few. I now work in the Tenancy Monitoring team. I really enjoy talking to groups of people within a training setting, I have been lucky enough to talk with the third year social care students at a local college highlighting examples of good practice and methods of interventions for vulnerable groups within the community.
Sophie As part of the New Tenancies and Sustainment team, I look forward to welcoming new customers to Stonewater and helping them to settle in by supporting with any queries or concerns they may have. This helps make sure they have a great first year with us.
Mohammed Working as part of the New Tenancies and Sustainment team, my main role is to sign up new customers to their properties and support customers who are coming to an end of their tenancies. I ensure they have a seamless move, regardless of whether they are coming to a Stonewater property for the first time, or leaving for the very last time. And I’m when not at work, I love a bit of mountain climbing and bike riding. Mount Everest, here I come!
Beckie I’m the Customer Partner for Management Agencies. My role is to build upon existing knowledge of our external management companies and manage the contracts to ensure a quality service is being delivered. I pride myself on my customer service, and I’m really looking forward to building relationships with all of our external management companies, and managing agents to work together more efficiently. When I’m not at work I enjoy exploring new places to go on long family walks with my daughter and my dog, Teddy!
