Storms update: 21 February 2022
With storms continuing across the country, we are still experiencing increased demand with high call volumes, and as a result waiting times on the phone may be longer than usual.
If you have a non-urgent repair to report, please do so via MyHome - just click here to login or sign up. You can also pay your rent, check balances, update your details, or send us messages through MyHome.
If you need to report an emergency repair, please do call us on 01202 797 385 and we’ll help you as soon as possible. Please note, as a result of the storms, call volumes are very high and wait times are longer.
If you are experiencing a power cut, please call 105 – it’s free, and you’ll get through to your local network company to report the power cut. For more information, click here. We urge customers who need extra support during a power cut to register for the Priority Services Register.
