Please contact us using the form below to let us know about any compliments, expressions of dissatisfaction or complaints you may have. We aim to acknowledge expressions of dissatisfaction within two working hours and to acknowledge complaints within two working days.
Following the latest Government directive regarding non-essential travel, we have restricted our repairs service to temporary emergency safety repairs only. If your complaint involves a non-emergency repair, we will still raise the complaint for you but please note that we are unable to book the repair for you until our temporary service standard is lifted.
